Ada<\/strong> – Call The Tune<\/a> * I came across this EP whilst shopping on Beatport<\/a> on the w\/end, and I really connected with it’s dark, warm, melodic beauty, very Kompakt Records sounding tracks. This EP was released almost a year ago. I’m sure I’ve heard these tracks in DJ sets experienced and\/or downloaded, as they felt very familiar when I heard them as well.<\/p>\n I’m quite hooked on these tracks this week, many repeat listens on my iPod. I think I’ll have to buy this EP on vinyl as well. Ada<\/strong> (Michaela Dippel) is a female DJ\/producer based in Cologne (home of Kompakt Records) in Germany.<\/p>\n I have to admit I’ve never really ‘got’ the Areal Records, and associated producer’s sounds before, there was always something that didn’t sit quite right with me.
